As a life and executive coach, I am often asked to help women clients to become more successful in their lives and at work. Although each woman and her story are different and very individual, I have noticed a number of common themes and challenges.
I decided to start this bi-weekly blog to explore these common themes. Each fortnight, I will focus on one theme/challenge and offer relevant coaching processes/tools to help women, in particular, to approach and deal with these challenges.
The ‘Being a successful Woman’ blog is about
- helping you to figure out what success means to you, how you can deal with pitfalls or blockages you meet along the way, and what steps you can do take to achieve the success you want in your life.
- building a community of like-minded women to support each other (men are also very welcome). I welcome any comments or feedback you may wish to add to the blog. Please also feel free to share your own story and/or how you got on with any tools and techniques provided in the blog.
- raising awareness of the Global Woman Summit 2011, which aims to bring women from different cultures together and honor women for their contribution to the world. For more information on the Summit click here.
